Chair Yoga at the Kenilworth Public Library
Jun 6 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Chair Yoga at the Kenilworth Public Library @ Kenilworth Public Library

The Kenilworth Public Library will be hosting a weekly wellness workshop, “Chair Yoga,” on Thursdays, beginning June 6th from 1:00 to 2:00pm.

Rose Luma is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor teaching a range of classes from Vinyasa Yoga, Yogalates, Mediation, Chair Yoga and Kids Gymnastics at the YMCA in both Union and Elizabeth Branches and Kenilworth Senior Center. She also works with corporate offices in New York City providing employees with Chair Yoga and meditation during their lunch break or after the work day. She works with a range of different flexibility levels to receive the same end goal of a deep stretch to increase blood and oxygen flow within the body. Using the breath, she eases you into a deep dream-like state of relaxation to allow the body to release tension.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Kenilworth Public Library.

Registration is required.  Kenilworth residents may register on week prior to the workshop.  Out of town residents may register two days before program, space permitting.  Please call the library at 908-276-2451 or visit 548 Boulevard to register for this event.
